The minimum order from www.radcliffeswines.co.uk is one case of 6 bottles - either single product or mixed case as specified.

If for any reason beyond our control the wine you have selected is not available for immediate delivery, we will inform you before proceeding with the order.

We will not sell Radcliffe's wines to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age. An adult over 18 must take delivery of the goods. Please enjoy Radcliffe's responsibly.

In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your order, you can do so at any time until 7 working days after the goods are received providing that the goods and all packaging are intact. To cancel your order, please email info@radcliffeswines.co.uk and we will contact you to arrange return of the goods and a refund.

We think that you are going to love our Radcliffe's wines. If however there is a problem, please contact us at info@radcliffeswines.co.uk and we will either replace or refund your purchase if you are not completely satisfied.

We try very hard to protect your Radcliffe’s Wines in transit through our postal ready packaging. Please inspect your packages carefully upon delivery. If there are any breakages, please ask the courier to return the wine to us and we will send you a new case.

You can pay for your Radcliffe's wines using any of the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro/Switch and Solo.

By placing an order with www.radcliffeswines.co.uk you are authorising us to take payment from your card. The transaction will be authorized and payment taken upon order placement.

• All Radcliffe’s Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 and over only, by entering you are confirming you are over 18.
• Entry excludes employees of Radcliffe’s Wines and the companies offering the prizes, members of their families, their agents and anyone directly involved in this promotion
• Prizes must be accepted as offered. All prizes are offered subject to availability. There is no cash alternative.
• Entries are restricted to one per person.
• All entries must be received by the closing date of the individual competition. 
• One winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.
• The prize will be delivered within 30 days of the closing date unless otherwise stated.
• Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
• Your details will remain confidential and be used only by Radcliffe’s Wines and the companies offering the prize for the competition(s) that you enter.
• By entering a Radcliffe's competition, you accept that your name and county where you live (not full address) may be used in press publicity.
