Radcliffe's Pinot Grigio Blush 2011
Style: Dry, fruity, pale rosé
Celebrity match: Think Adele. Pretty, gregarious personality; a girl with real talent.
Rosé and Pinot Grigio are about as on trend as you'll get right now. Pinot Grigio rosé (often referred to as “Blush”) might sound a bit strange at first but, actually, the grapes are naturally slightly pink in colour which means we can make fabulous rosé with the character of Pinot Grigio.
This wine has a lovely pale pink colour and delicate fruity flavour, with notes of pear and citrus, and is great served chilled with some nibbles, or with salads or a simple light pasta or light risotto.

Pinot Grigio origins and winery
Venice, Italy
We asked the Botter family, based near Venice to make this wine for us. Founded in 1928 by Carlo Botter, the winery has been handed down the generations and today is managed by the family’s third generation; Luca, Annalisa and Alessandro. Their passion for wine, quality and innovation is reflected in all that they do on their wine estate, helping to make them one of Italy’s best independent, family owned wineries. The family is genuinely dedicated to producing high quality grapes and wines that truly express the character of the Veneto wine region. They genuinely understood what we were looking for when we asked for a dry, fruity, crowd pleasing rosé, not too sweet but not too dry; we hope you love the result!
