We deliver UK-wide, unfortunately we cannot currently deliver internationally.

For an order quantity of 12 bottles or more, delivery to mainland UK is free of charge. A supplement will be charged for delivery to non-mainland addresses - see details below.*

For an order quantity of 6 bottles only, delivery to mainland UK costs £5.00.  A supplement will be charged for delivery to non-mainland addresses – see details below*.

We use Parcelforce to deliver our Radcliffes wines to your door. They will aim to deliver to you within 3 to 4 working days following placement of your order. Exceptions may apply for example at Christmas time or during extreme weather.

Parcelforce will send you an email upon despatch of your wine which includes a tracking number enabling you to track your parcel.

If you are not at home when Parcelforce try and deliver your case of Radcliffes wines, they will leave a card for you with their details. You can then either collect your wine from your local sorting office or arrange for re-delivery to your home address, whichever is most convenient for you.

Deliveries cannot be accepted by anyone under the age of 18. We want you to receive your Radcliffes wines in the quickest and safest possible way - we therefore will not leave your wine with neighbours or in an unsecured location at your property.

* Exceptions to delivery prices above:

• Highlands and Islands of Scotland - Postcodes: IV, HS, KA27 - 28, KW, PA20 - 49, PA60 - 78, PH17 - 26, PH30 - 44, ZE. For these postcodes there will be a surcharge of £6.00 per individual case. We ship in cases of 6 or 12 bottles so 6 bottles or 12 bottles will incur a £6.00 surcharge. Any higher quantity will incur a £6.00 surcharge per case. E.g 24 bottles would incur a surcharge of £12.00 (2x cases of 12). 48 bottles would incur a surcharge of £24.00 (4x cases of 12).
• Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scilly - Postcodes: BT, IM, TR21-25. For these postcodes there will be a surcharge of £6.50 per individual case. We ship in cases of 6 or 12 bottles so 6 bottles or 12 bottles will incur a £6.50 surcharge. Any higher will incur a £6.50 surcharge per case. e.g. 24 bottles would incur a surcharge of £13.00 (2x cases of 12). 48 bottles would incur a surcharge of £26.00 (4x cases of 12).
